There’s definitely a buzz happening in Bothell and neighboring Woodinville. What used to be thought of as a sleepy suburb is now emerging as a “small city” with all the small city life has to offer. Recently, the visionary McMenamins team renovated the Anderson School into a vibrant hotel restaurant and bar. It’s a short walk from Six Oaks. Along that walk, wander through the bistros and boutiques that are part of the downtown Bothell revival. And be prepared to be amazed by your surroundings. Some of our favorites are highlighted on our Six Oaks neighborhood map.

Love life outdoors? There is no better starting place than Bothell. Head east to the Cascade foothills for hiking, camping and fishing. Go a couple of miles south to connect with watersports on Lake Washington. To the West is the Salish Sea and Olympic Peninsula for nearly unlimited opportunities.

If you’re a biker or hiker, picture this: intersecting Bothell are three great trail networks. The 19-mile Burke-Gilman will take you all the way to Ballard on smooth asphalt. The Tolt Pipeline Trail is 17+ miles of wooded beauty. And the Sammamish River Trail connects Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish in the most scenic way possible.
